Allison Asked: can’t add ANYTHING from iTunes Library to my iPhone?

I can't add music, movies, ringtones, apps, tv shows or even photos! It's hard to describe what my screen looks like, but no pop-ups come up. Let's say I downloaded an app from iTunes Store PC cos it was over 20MB and wouldn't let me do it from my phone. It's my iTunes Library, I've tried to drag it over and it doesn't work, its got the 'no' sign (red circle and diagonal red line throught the middle) as an icon. If you have a song, and it came from your USB or someone elses iPod, and you want to Get Info, and the screen is whitish. That's what it looks like. Please help! I really want this app D:
